Associated Artists Program
Enlightened Entertainment offers to platform outside artists that are also helping to foster a new age of good music. The artist must create original music that they hold claim to. The artist will retain their own copyright, and give license to Enlightened Entertainment to use the song version provided by the artist on the website Rackvin.com and in Enlightened Entertainment productions.
Eligibility
- Produce original songs in digital file format. (MP3, WAV, FLAC)
- Become a member of Rackvin.com
Application
- Submit your information in the website form below.
- Application will be reviewed by our Associated Artists admins. If approved,
will be sent to the board for a vote.
The Process
- Join the "Associated Artists" group on Rackvin.com/community
- Upload your songs to the "Your Folder" (created after your acceptance) in
our File Share. "Your Folder" is private and only yourself and AA admins
will have access to this folder.
- Upload your band or brand image. This is what everyone hearing your songs will
see as they listen.
- Songs will be processed according to the needs and production method of the
artist.
- Your "Playlist" will be available online at the appropriate page on
Rackvin.com
- Your playlists and songs will be promoted on and off site by Enlightened
Entertainment as a part of our Associated Artists program.
Associated Artists rights and responsibilities
- You retain the copyright for your songs, we never own them.
- You give Enlightened Entertainment license to remaster, use, distribute,
and promote the version of your song uploaded by you.
- You may request to resend licenses by contacting your AA admin.
- Actions from the artist that reflect poorly upon Enlightened Entertainment
can result in the immediate termination of contracts and membership in the
Associated Artists program.
Getting Paid?
- Contracts vary by individual artist. Songs under license which are purchased
through Enlightened Entertainment's services will yield royalties payable to
the artist.
